Regional Sales Manager - Latin America (m/f/d)
Located in Panama City
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change. -
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota per market in support of objectives. -
Define and implement a regional strategy and sales plans, write presentations, reports and prepare price quotations and support contract negotiations. -
Maintain and expand customer base and analyze potential business partners; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new market opportunities. -
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. -
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. -
Report to HQ about regional competitive activities and overall marketplace. -
Educating sales teams from our distribution partners with presentations, seminars and regular meetings on sales techniques and product knowledge. -
Monitor sales and revenue performance and initiates corrective measures when necessary. -
Conduct visits to laboratories and hospitals and carry out product presentation for new customers.
YOUR MINDSET AND SKILLS:

A medical education combined with a background in clinical laboratory or Bachelor’s degree required (sales, marketing) -
Knowledge/first experience in the field of in vitro diagnostics (reagents and analyzers) is advantageous or 5+ years’ experience in the IVD -
Sales talent and commercial understanding -
High negotiation skills -
Result driven -
Great communication skills -
Language: English, Spanish, Protueguese is a plus -
Willingness to travel on a regular basis – approx. 50 %
