Commercial Excellence Associate (m/f/d)
Location Wiesbaden
who supports our international sales department in the planning, management, control and implementation of sales activities.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulation, analysis and evaluation of KPIs for the Sales Managers (as a basis for the annual bonus calculation) -
Creation and management of general and distributor specific price lists as well as pricing of new products -
Comparison of achieved prices and profit under different perspectives (internal/external); information in case of deviations -
Monitoring and administration of the ERP Price Database and its presentation in the various HUMAN systems (CRM system, customer portal, reporting center) -
Support in the preparation of the HUMAN Forecast and the HUMAN Business Plans as well as the consolidation of the individually reported back Distributor Forecast values and the related update of the projection in the ACTUAL-TARGET comparison -
Development of Distributor Business Plan and Forecast documents and templates, and monitoring of Distributor feedback -
Consolidation of the reported business plan/forecast into an overall overview -
Initiation and monitoring of the monthly reporting of the sales managers -
Monitoring of sales and earnings development and comparison of sales development with the agreed forecast, including information in the event of deviations -
Monitoring of focus countries; observation of order cycles and product groups, sales analysis to identify trends and gaps -
Monitoring and administration of distributor sales rights -
Reconciliation between granted and implemented distribution rights through sales as well as identification of unused potentials -
Preparation of data for presentations
YOUR MINDSET AND SKILLS:
- A successfully completed degree in economics or business administration or a comparable qualification or several years of relevant professional experience

Very good knowledge in quantitative evaluations with various analysis tools -
Strong understanding of analysis and number-based management of measures -
Innovative and analytical thinking skills and a quick grasp of business issues -
Good knowledge and understanding of sales -
Conceptual experience and creative thinking -
A high level of enthusiasm and a strong ability to independently familiarize yourself with new topics, prepare them for sales and multiply them -
A very structured way of working -
Due to the international orientation and communication with employees in the regions, intercultural competence and foreign language skills (EN and preferably another) are required -
Extended knowledge of Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, preferably also in a Customer Management Software -
Business fluent English and German at least level B2
